About Us

Nick

Nick is a professional chef with 45 years’ experience having spent sixteen years with Joyce Molyneux at the renowned restaurant the Carved Angel in Dartmouth, Devon. He then pursued his own venture at Agaric restaurant in Ashburton on the edge of Dartmoor National Park.

In 2020 Nick relocated to Brittany France where we offer accommodation, private catering and cookery demonstrations/tuition. Nick has a passion for all things food from wild mushrooms to seaweeds the list is endless! 

Sandra

Sandra Pascale is half French and works as a freelance French teacher, with a strong love and involvement in Breton culture, particularly with its music and dance traditions. She plays guitar and tries to help Nick with his French.
